Non-fluorescent anti-collapse lubricant is a polymer polymerized by a variety of chemical raw materials such as ,
formaldehyde, nitro-potassium humate, etc. The appearance is tan or black brown powder, easy to dissolve in water,
and no fluorescence. Because the product used in a variety of chemical raw materials contain benzene ring, there is a large
bond, chemical bond bonding is relatively firm, can resist high temperature, shear, can form multilayer adsorption on the
surface of clay. The main anti-collapse mechanism of this product is to cover and plug the bedding and micro-cracks of shale,
prevent mud filtrate from entering shale, and reduce hydration and expansion. The use of complex drilling fluid in high-
temperature deep Wells and collapsing mud and shale sections can not only significantly change the stability of drilling fluid,
but also can use special groups in the molecule to physically and chemically interact with the drilling cuttings and the surface

improve the inhibition and anti-collapse ability of drilling fluid. This product can be treated and compatible with dispersed and

This product can be directly added to various water-based drilling fluid systems, and the recommended dosage for the first
time is 1% -2% of the circulating mud volume .
